CABBAGE CASSEROLE
1 Head of cabbage
1 onion
3/4 cup Whipping Cream
2 Tblsp flour
8 strips of bacon
Coarsely chop up the cabbage and onion and toss together. Mix flour and whipping cream. Pour whipping cream/flour mixture together and pour over cabbage and onion. Place in a 9X13 pan. Place bacon strips on top of cabbage. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Remove cover and broil to crisp up the bacon. Serve.
