2 sticks celery

4 sticks carrots

1/2 an onion

1 tsp fresh garlic

Lumpia wrappers

Dice the celery, carrots and onions into small pieces.  Brown 1/2 lb of hamburger in skillet and add the 3 vegetables, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp MSG, 2 eggs, 1 to 2 tsp sugar and 1 to 2 tsp salt.  Fill lumpia wrappers with 1 to 1/2 tsps of the meat and vegetable mixture and roll up tightly.  Fry in vegetable oil.
