Pork On A Stick


4 - 6 thick pork chops or a pork butt roast (cut up into 1 inch cubes)
1 1/2 cans of beer or sprite
3 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TBSP Pepper
1 TBSP Lowery's Seasoning Salt
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
1 TBSP Hot Sauce (of your choosing)
Combine all ingredients and marinate the pork for 2 hours (or over night)

**You can adjust all these ingredients to your liking**


Using wooden skewers, place 4 to 5 pieces of pork on each skewer.  Heat your grill to 300 degrees and place pork skewers on the grill.  Cook for up to 20-25 minutes turning frequently so as not to burn the pork.  These are great straight off the grill but they also hold up very well and taste great the next day.
