Stuffed French Bread Hamburger Loaf

1 lb lean ground beef
1 french bread loaf cut in half lengthwise
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup velveeta cheese (or less depending on how much cheese you like)
1 cup minute rice
salt and pepper to taste
I like to throw in a little garlic salt as well
DIRECTIONS:
Hollow out both halfs of the french bread loaf and tear the bread into small pieces eaving just the crust intact.
brown your hamburger with salt, pepper,  garlic pepper to taste
once the beef is browned, add the cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup pre-cooked minute rice and bread pieces.
Fill both halfs of the French bread crust with the mixture.  Wrap in foil, place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove from foil and slice the loaf in 2 inch sections and serve.
